中文摘要 | PVC的產品已成人類日常生活中不可或缺的物品。力矩流變儀(Torque Rheometer) 配備內部混合器( Internal Mixer )是一般高分子加工實驗室常用的 PVC 混練儀器, 而 此儀器影響 PVC 熔合最主要的混練因素為混練溫度、轉軸轉速( Rotor Speed )及力矩總 和( Totalized Torque; 簡稱 TTQ ),本文應用一個 2 �藻]次實驗設計法來判定上述三 個混練因素(獨立變數)對 PVC 熔合之影響程度。 在 2 �藻]次實驗設計法中的 3 代表三 個混練素(獨立變數), 而其中的 2 代表高水平混練條件( + )及低水平混練條件( - )。 因此一個完整的 2 �藻]次實驗設計法共有 8 組不同的實驗條件,依此 8 組不同的實 驗條件, 製備出 8 個 PVC 樣品, 再以示差掃描量熱法( Differential Scanning Calorimeter;簡稱 DSC )來分析其熔合熱(依賴變數),由熔合熱判定三個混練加工條件 (獨立變數)對 PVC 熔合之主要因子影響程度( Main Factor Effect )、 二因子交互影 響程度( Two-Factor Interaction Effect )及三因子交互影響程度( Three-Factor Interaction Effect )。依據定義計算得知主要因子影響程 4 度的順序為:力矩總和>轉 軸轉速>混練溫度; 二因子交互影響程度的順序為: 轉軸轉速 vs. 力矩總和>混練溫度 vs. 力矩總和>混練溫度 vs. 轉軸轉速; 三因子交互影響程度, 混練溫度 vs. 轉軸轉速 vs. 力矩總和對 PVC 的熔合並無很大的影響。 |
英文摘要 | Currently, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products are widely used in many fields. Torque rheometer with an internal mixer is commenly applied to study the property of PVC in polymer laboratory. Compounding temperature, rotor speed, and totalized torque (TTQ) are three main influence factors to affect the fusion of PVC in a torque rheometer. In this study, a 2 �� factorial experimental design is applied to study the influence of the three compounding factors (independent variable) on the fusion of PVC. A standard 2 �� factorial experimental design has three indepentednt variables (compounding temperature, rotor speed, and totalized torque) with high(+) and low(-) compounding levels. Thus, a 2 �� factorial experimental design will have eight runs. The heat of fusions (dependent variable) of these eight PVC samples are analyzed by a SEIKO 220C automatic cooloing differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). According to the definition, the sequence of the main effects on the heat of fusion in descending order, is totalized torque > rotor speed > compounding temperature. The sequence of the two-factor interaction effects on the heat of fusion in descending order, is rotor sedd. The three-factor interaction effect. Compounding temperature vs. rotor speed vs. totalized torque is not significantly related to the heat of fusion of PVC compounds. |
