中文摘要 | 以透析膜及大白鼠小腸模擬消化道酸鹼度之變化,觀察不 同鋁濃度對鐵通過透析膜及大白鼠小腸壁的影響。結果顯示,鐵通 過透析膜之量隨著反應液中鋁濃度(0,500,2000μg/ml)之增加而減少 (p<0.05)。此種現象尤其是在酸鹼度變化模擬胃中狀況時(即pH由2 變化至pH5)特別明顯。體外大白鼠小腸壁實驗結果顯示,在pH由2 轉變至5的情況下,反應液中添加鋁(500,2000μg/ml)亦明顯的(p<0. 05)抑制鐵通過小腸腸壁細胞的能力。 |
英文摘要 | Simulating of gastrointestinal pH changes, the influence of different concentration of aluminum on the permeability of dialysis tube and rat's everted smallintestinal segment to iron was investigated in vitro. Results indicated that theamount of iron passed through dialysis tube decreased with increasing of alu minum concentratin (0, 500, 2000 μg/ml) in pre-dialysis solution (p < 0.05). Thisinhibition phenominum was especially obvious in the condition of pH 2 changingto pH 5. In rat's everted small intestinal segment, adding aluminum (500, 2000μ g/ml) in pre-dialysis solution significantly lowered the amount of iron passingthrough small intestinal wall (p < 0.05). |
