| 中文摘要 | 本研究是以三氧化二鋁及三氧化二鐵等氧化物添加劑,分別加入鋯╱過氯酸鉀系 發火劑中,然後進行其發火特性及熱性質研究。測試的項目包括:電發火特性參數估算、不 同氣氛下反應熱、摩擦敏感度、落錘敏感度、靜電敏感度、自燃溫度及發火可靠度等。試驗 結果發現不論在氮氣或氧氣氣氛下,鋯╱過氯酸鉀╱添加劑發火劑之反應熱隨著三氧化二鋁 或三氣化二鐵的增加而減少。摩擦及落錘敏感度以添加三氧化二鐵最敏感。添加劑對鋯╱過 氯酸鉀系發火劑之靜電放電敏感度的改變並不明顯。而對自燃溫度的影響則有-16∼4℃的變 化。 在電熱參數估算後與鋯╱過氯酸鉀發火劑比較,發現鋯╱過氯酸鉀╱添加劑發火劑之平 均橋絲溫度較低、系統熱容量較小、熱散失因子較大及時間常數較短。50%發火電流是依據 布魯斯頓(Bruceton)上下法所測,並以常態分配統計法計算而得到下列結果:鋯╱過氯酸鉀 發火劑之50%發火電流為1.83安培,而鋯╱過氯酸鉀╱添加劑發火劑之50%發火電流則在1.35 至1.66安培之間。這結果與電熱參數的趨勢一致;即在發火特性上,高電流點火視同絕熱情 況。因此,熱散失因子可以忽略,而系統熱容量是重要參數。 上述二種物質的添加,確實將影響鋯╱過氯酸鉀發火劑的熱性質與發火特性,但仍然能 符合美軍規範(MIL-I-23659)之1A/1W,五分鐘以上不發火需求,其50%發火電流均較鋯╱過 氯酸鉀之發火電流為低。因此,這二種添加物添加後之鋯╱過氯酸鉀發火劑可作為不同火工 品設計選用之參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | The effects of Al�烙�軒nd Fe�烙�邕n the thermal properties and firing characteristics in Zr/KClO��/oxide additives priming compositions, such as parameters of electro-firing characteristics, heat of reaction at varied atmospheres, friction sensitivities, drop hammer sensitivities, electro-static sensitivities, auto-gnition temperatures and firing current probabilities were investigated in this study. It was found that the heat of reaction of Zr/KClO��/ oxide additive mixtures is decreasing as the content of Al�烙�軒nd Fe�烙�針as increased at both N�畝nd O�畝tmospheres. Adding Fe�烙�迺nto Zr/KClO�犁riming composition results in the most sensitivity to friction and drop hammer testing. The effedt on the static-discharge of Zr/KClO�犁riming composition containing Al�烙�軒nd Fe�烙�軒dditives gave no obvious change and it was only the changes from -16 to 4℃ in auto-ignition temperature for Zr/KClO��/oxide additive mixtures. It was found that the average briage bridge-wire temperature and thermal capacity of Zr/KClO�犁riming composiitions with oxide additives were lower than that of Zr/KClO�烯ixture without oxide additives. The average thermal conductance of the former was larger than that of the later. The avgerage thermal time constant of the former was also shorter than that of the later. The Bruceton (up-and-down) method for estimating the 50% firing current of pressure cartridge was obtained by calculation from the statistics of normal distribution. The 50% firing current of pressure cartridge which have Zr/KClO�犁riming composition was 1.83 amperes, and 50% firing current were ranged from 1.35 to 1.66 amperes for Zr/KClO��/oxide additives priming compositions. The result was in agreement with the electrical-thermal parameter measurement. The thermal capacity is an important parameter for firing characteristics, because in the firing condition, when higher current was applied, it may be regarded as the adiabatic condition, i.e., the heat conductance is negligible. The additives of Al�烙�軒nd Fe�烙�退ave some effects on the thermal properties and firing characteristics in Zr/KClO�犁riming composition, but the pressure cartridges containing these priming compositions still meet with 1-ampere/1-watt, 5 min. no fire specification of U.S. military standard (MIL-I-23659), and the 50% firing current of pressure cartridge with Zr/KClO��/oxide additive priming composition was lower than that of Zr/KClO�犁riming composition. Consequently, Zr/KClO�犁riming composition with Al�烙�軒nd Fe�烙�軒dditives may be a reference for the designs of electro-explosive devices. |
