| 中文摘要 | 以二批去除假種皮不同休眠程度之木瓜種子為材料,進行GA�偃B理, 以探討促進木瓜種子發芽率及發芽速率之最適GA�偃B理濃度及時間。GA�偃B理 濃度為0、250、500、750及1000ppm等五種,處理時間為12、24、48及72小時等四 種。結果休眠性弱的種子,以250ppm GA�偃B理12小時為最適,雖然其發芽速 率稍慢,但可得最高之發芽率。GA�倏@度增加或處理時間延長則不正常苗增多, 發芽率降低。至於休眠性較強之種子建議採用1000ppmGA�偃B理12小李,不但可 以提高發芽率,且促進發芽速率。試驗結果也發現GA�高熙B理時間不宜大於48 小時,否則不正常苗增多,發芽率及發芽速率下降。 |
| 英文摘要 | Two lots of papaya ( Canca papaya L. cv. Tainung No. 2) seedswere harvested fro,m matured fruits. Their sarcotesta were removedby hand rubbing. Preliminary test has been shown that one lot of theseeds was capable of stronger dormancy than the other. The seedswere treated with 250, 500, 750 and 1000 ppm of GAg for 12 to 72hours. It was found that weakly dorment seeds treated with GA�� atconcentration of 250 ppm greatly increased germination percentage tomore than 85. Higher concentration of GA�� was required to promotegermination on the strongly dormant seeds. The appropriate time oftreatment was 12 hours in all GA�� concentrations and seed lots used.However, GA�� treatment resulted in abnormal germination. Thepercentage of abnormal seedling increased with increasing of GA�軏oncentration. In addition, extending the time of treatment to morethan 12 hours also increased the percentage of abnormal seedling anddecreased the germination rate. |
