| 中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在於探討股四頭肌於最大自主等速離心收縮最大力矩值 之變化,藉此了解高強度等速離心收縮之肌肉疲勞變化的傾向。以12名有運動習 慣的男性為受試者,使用Lido等速測力機進行速度120 o/sec時40次等速離心收縮; 並將每5次收縮分成一段,在每段取得最大力矩值。結果顯示;慣用腳在第一、二、 三、四、五段均與第七段之最大力矩值有顯著差異,但非慣用腳並沒有顯著差異。 最大力矩值與平均最大力矩值兩者成高度的相關(P<.001);在慣用腳與非慣用腳之 最大力矩值比較方面,除了在第八段非慣用腳之最大力矩值大於慣用腳外,其他 兩腳並無顯著差異。因此,以本實驗設計之等速離心測試所得之外在肌力表現, 來評定等速離心收縮之肌肉疲勞變化,可能仍然不夠敏感精確,值得深層進一步 研究。(中華物療誌1992;17(2):142-148) |
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examinethe effect of maximal voluntary isokinetic eccentric contraction on torque outputs of quadricepsmuscle. To elicit the pattern of muscular fatiguefollowing an isokinetic eccentric contraction, 12physically active males were recruited for thisinvestigation. Using a Lido isokinetic dynamometer, each subject completed a test includedeccentric contraction at speed of 120o/sec for 40repetitions. While every 5 contractions wereperformed, a bout was completed and peaktorque output was determined. Results showedthat peak torque outputs of dominant leg at bout7 were significantly different from bout 1 to bout5. A non-significant difference was found fornon-dominant leg. A high correlation coefficientwas found between average peak torque andpeak torque output. The peak torque outputs ofdominant and non-dominant leg did not reachsignificant level from bout 1 to bout 7. The peaktorque of bout 8 was higher in non-dominant legthan the dominant leg. In this study, the use ofisokinetic eccentric protocal to measure externalstrength performance was not precise enoughwhile evaluating muscular fatigue.
