中文摘要 | 本文係以軸對稱模式,模擬金屬承受炸藥負荷的成形過程。數值計算 方法,則採拉格爾吉有限元表法(Lagran Finite Element Method)的HVIC(High VelocityImpact Calculations)二維計算機程式;以三角形元素劃分網格,用直接法 (directMethod)配合組成方程式(Constitutive Equation)得到半離散化的二階微分動分 方程式,據以求得節點加速度。使用紐馬克(Newnmark)時間顯積分法可得節點新 速度、新位移以模擬金屬承受炸藥負荷時的變形情形。本文著重在三個主題的研 究:對炸藥爆炸過程能量傳遞的模擬,新的滑動而方法及新的節點質量分佈;並以 自鍛破片彈頭(Self Forging Fragment Charged的成形過程為例,經由計算結果顯 示,修改後的新計算機程式,已具有分析金屬承受炸藥負荷的能力。 |
英文摘要 | The dynamic response of an axisymmetric model of a metal plate subjected to explosiveloading is studied in this paper. A two dimensional Lagrangian finite element computerprogram, HVIC, is utiized as the basis for this problems. By utiizing the direct method associated with constitutive equation, a semidiscrete second order differentia] equation fornodal acceleration is achieved. Then using Newmark explicit time integration method, thevelocity and displacement for each node can be obtained. Having these results, we can simulate the deformation of metal under explosive loading condition. This paper put emphasis on three topics: simulation of explosive energy transmission,new sliding surface algorithm, and new nodal mass distribution. An example of explosivelyformed projectile ig provide to demonstrate the processes. Observing the results, this newimproved computer program has the capability to simulate the dynamic response of metalplate subjected to explosive loading. |
