中文摘要 | 本文主要在研究雙金屬合金片受一連續的熱源及一預施壓力之應力與應變。該雙金屬合金乃是利用輥軋的方法將兩種不同熱膨脹係數之金屬(此兩種金屬的熱膨脹係數相差甚大)結合在一起,因其受一連續的熱源之後,由於兩種金屬具有不同的熱膨脹係數,因而使雙金屬位移繞一曲率中心作運動,為了達到延遲或加速其位移向量,並在結構體上加一預施壓力,用以調節金屬片之運動,以控制接觸熱源之時間。 由於本文關係到熱源及所加壓力,首先必須解熱傳問題,可使用混合Laplace轉換/有限元素法(LTFEM),以求得任何分割小段時間內之熱傳狀態,並將所得到之結果和將不同材質雙金屬片放置於一恆溫箱中所做實驗之數據相互比較,以驗證公式之準確性,其重要研究結果並提供工業上未來開發新產品之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this investigation is to study the stress and strain of bimetal alloys under a continuous heat source and preimposed pressure. Through the rolling process the bimetal has been combined from two kinds of metal sheets with great difference of thermal expansion coefficient. Due to this difference of thermal expansion coefficient the bimetal sheet displaced and moved around a center of curvature under the effect of continuous heat source. In order to delay or accelerate the deplacement vector a certain degree of pressure has been imposed on the bimetal to regulate its movement. As related with the heat source and preimposed load, the Laplace transformation and finite element method were used to solve the heat transfer problem and obtain the state of heat distribution within any time intervals. To examine the correctness of theoretical derivation several kinds of bimetals with different composition were tested in a apparatus with invariant temperature, the experimental data was then compared with the theoretical results. |
