中文摘要 | 本試驗目的旨在探討飼糧中含低濃度黃麴毒素對母豬繁殖性能之影響。本試驗選用18項經產母豬由配種日開始至分娩後28天為止,母豬飼餵不同含量黃麴毒素B₁飼糧。將豬隻逢機分配至六個試驗處理組,各處理組飼糧中黃麴毒素B₁含量。分別為0、25、50、100、200及400 ppb。試驗母豬分娩後,分別採取初乳,第14天及第28天母豬乳汁樣品,分析黃麴毒素殘留量。每窩仔豬出生與28天日齡離乳時分別秤重,記錄每窩出生活仔豬頭數與仔豬死亡頭數,以計算仔豬育成率。 試驗結果顯示經產母豬在懷孕期間與泌乳期採食不同低濃度黃麴毒素飼糧對其所分娩的每窩出生活仔豬頭數,28日齡離乳仔豬頭數以及仔豬育成率沒有不良的影響。而出生活仔豬平均體重,28日齡離乳仔豬平均體重,以及母豬配種間距,各處理之間差異不顯著(P>0.05)。同時本試驗結果亦顯示泌乳母豬飼餵100、200或400 ppb黃麴毒素B₁飼糧時,其初乳與第14天乳汁中均發現微量黃麴毒素B₁與其代謝產物M₁的殘留。而第28天乳汁中則在飼餵200或400 ppb黃麴毒素B₁處理組才發現微量黃麴毒素B₁與M₁的殘留。泌乳母豬乳汁中B₁與M₁之殘留,隨著飼糧中黃麴毒素B₁含量的增加而增加。本試驗結果冀可作為管制養豬飼糧中玉米黃麴毒素含量之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Effects of low dietary levels of aflatoxin on the reproductive performance of sows were studied. A totoal of 18 sows were fed various dietary aflatoxin levels starting from the first day of gestation to the end of lactation period. The sows were randomly assigned to six groups with diets formulated to contain 0, 25, 50, 100, 200 and 400 ppb aflatoxin B₁. On the day of parturition, and days 14 and 28 postpartum, colostrum and milk samples of sows were taken for aflatoxin residue analysis. At 1 day and 28 days of age, piglets were weighted; the number of live pigs born per litter analysis. At 1 day and 28 days of age, piglets were weighted; the number of live pigs born per litter and the survival rate of piglets were recorded. The results show that piglets born from sows fed various low dietary levels of aflatoxin during the gestation and lactation periods suffered no detrimental effects concerning number born live per litter, number weaned at 28 days of age, or survival rate. The average piglet birth weight, the average piglet weaning weight, and the interval from weaning to conception were not significantly different (P>0.05) among dietary treatments. Aflatoxin residues B₁ and M₁ coule be found in the colostrum and the milk on day 14 postpartum of sows fed diets containing B₁ at 100, 200, and 400 ppb. Trace amounts of aflatoxin residues B₁ and M₁ were detected in the milk on day 28 postpartum of sows fed diets containing aflatoxin B₁ at 200 and 400 ppb. The levels of milk resudes B₁ and M₁ in the lactating sows increased as dietary levels of aflatoxin B₁ increased. The data obtained can be used as a reference for controlling the aflatoxin content in the corn diets for pigs. |
