中文摘要 | 本研究以萵苣及大豆為供試作物,在塑膠網室內進行盆栽試驗,探討施用牛豬糞肥於鎘污染土壤對作物生長及金屬元素鎘、銅吸收量之影響。鎘汙染土壤取桃園縣觀音鄉某工廠附近稻田之沙質壤土。牛糞處理分為10t及20t/ha區兩個變數,豬糞處理分為5t、10t及15t/ha區三個變數,以無處理為對照。結果顯示:施用不同量之牛豬糞肥對萵苣之生長及養分吸收有顯著增加之影響,而對鎘之吸收有顯著降低之趨勢。施用牛豬糞肥對銅之吸收影響處理間之效應不同;牛糞處理顯著降低銅之吸收量,豬糞處理則無顯著之作用。施用牛豬糞肥可增加萵苣植株鈣、鎂、鉀之吸收量。對鈣、鎂之吸收,豬糞區較牛糞區顯著增加。然而,對鉀之吸收,則牛糞區較豬糞區顯著增加。牛豬糞肥對大豆生長及收量亦有顯著之效應,而豬糞處理較牛糞處理顯著。施用牛豬糞肥對大豆植株之鎘吸收有顯著減少之傾向。無論施用畜糞肥處理與否,植物鎘之分配根部遠比莖葉為高。施用牛豬糞肥對大豆植株鉀之吸收有顯著增加之效應;對鈣、鎂之吸收無顯著效應。植體內部分元素之間有交感之現象。 |
英文摘要 | Experiments were conducted under plastic film house to determine the effects of cattle and hog manures on growth and metal uptake of lettuce and soybean grown on cadmium-polluted soil. The application rates were 0, 10, 20 t/ha respectively for cattle manure, and 0, 5, 10, 15 t/ha for hog manures. Both the cattle and hog manure applications had significant effects on vegetative growth and uptake of metals in lettuce and soybean, but consistently reduced Cd in vegeattive tissues of lettuce and soybean, and Cd in soybean grains. Significant difference in leaf Cu concentration between cattle manure treatments and the check was also noted. However, no effect on leaf Cu concentration was observed in hog manure treatments. In addition, the cattle and hog manure cations also increased concentration of Ca, Mg, K in lettuce, but only K was increased in soybean. Irrespective of treatments, Cd concentrations in roots was higher than that in leaves. Significant interactions between some metals in vegetative tissue of plant was also observed. |
