中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的在探討飼糧中添加不同含量的檸檬酸和延胡索酸對來航 產蛋雞產蛋高峰期後之產蛋性能之影響。以61週齡之來航產蛋雞200隻,連機分 為5個處理組(對照組、添加1檸檬酸、添加2檸檬酸組、添加1延胡索酸組、添加2 延胡索酸組),每組2重複,每重複20隻,連續進行12過之飼養試驗。 試驗結果顯示各有機酸添加組對蛋重有顯著地改進效果(P<0.05),但各添加組間 並無顯著差異存在(P>0.05);添加2檸檬酸、1及2延胡索酸對產蛋率有顯著改進效果 (P<0.05);而各添加組對飼料採食量並無顯著影響(P>0.05),對鈣代謝率則在2檸檬 酸及2延胡索酸有顯著提高現象(P<0.05),2延胡索酸提高鈣代謝率達26.17;蛋殼強 度、蛋殼厚度及蛋殼占蛋重百分比,則無明顯的改進功能;血漿中含鈣量,則隨 著兩種有機酸之添加量提高而上升,尤其在添加2延胡索酸組,有明顯地提高效 果(P<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The object of this study was to investigate the effects of suppimental various level of citric acid and fumaric acid in the diets on the egg productionperformance of laying Leghorn hens. Two hundreds of 61 weeks old of layingLeghorn hens were used for this study, randomly divided into 5 groups, (control; 1, 2 citric acid, 1, 2 fumaric acid), each treatment had 2 replicated, and each replicated had 20 chickens; the trial take for 12 weeks. The results indicated that in supplemental organic acid treatments hadsignificant improved the egg weight (p< 0.05), but there were no significant difference (p> 0.05) between the treatments of added organic acids; added 2citric acid, 1 and 2 Fumaric acid treatments had significant improved theegg production (p< 0.05); but on the feed consumption there were no significant difference (P> 0.05) between treatments; 2 citric acid and 2 fumaricacid treatments had significant increased the calcium metabolizability (p< 0.05);and added 2 fumaric acid could enhance 26.17; but there were no significant effects on the eggshell strenth, eggshell thickness and percentage ofeggshell; the more added organic acids, the more plasma calcium increased,especially the 2 fumaric acid treatment had significant effect (p< 0.05). |
