中文摘要 | 機械負載諧振現象,會使控制系統之頻寬下降,振盪加劇,影響閉迴路系統之性能。本論文針對合機械負載諧振之伺服機構建立其數學模式,並討論諧振特性對控制系統之影響及補償對策。 其中控制器設計方面除傳統之橋式T型電路外,並以雙參數架構極點安置法作為設計之重點。除理論模式建立外,本論文並以一實驗型伺服機構驗證所提控制方法。實驗結果與計算機模擬結果相當接近,因此可證明本論文所提方法之有效與可行性。 |
英文摘要 | The mechanical load resonance phenomenon usually affects the per-formance of a closedloop control system such as reducing bandwidth and damping. In this paper, the mathematical model for a ser-vomechanism including mechanical load resonance is established. The effects of resonance on system performance are discussed and the techni-ques of compensation are proposed. The controller design includes the conventional bridged-T network and, in particular, the two-parameter pole-placement method. Besides the mathematical modeling, this paper also uses an experimental ser-vomechanism to verify the proposed control strategies. Because the ex-perimental results and computer simulations are quite close, that it pro-ves the effectiveness of the proposed compensation techniques. |
