中文摘要 | 本研究係使用邊界元素法來模擬射出成型冷卻過程以達成均勾冷卻改進成品品質的目的。模具邊界包括模穴表面的溫度使用週期平均法算出然成品的溫度分佈及縱向變化由有限差分法求出模穴表面的溫度分佈以及熱流量的均勻度可作為改進初期冷卻系統設計及冷卻操作條件的指標。在本研究中使用全厚度中央平面邊界,以及全厚度邊界兩種方法來作分析,以測試數值上的穩定度。同時邊界元素長短比例對於分析靈敏度影響也加以探討。 |
英文摘要 | In the present study, the mold-cooling process simulations are developed by using a boundary element technique. The mold surface temperature distribution is calculated on a cycle-averaged basis. The temperature profile of the polymer melt are then computed by finite difference method in a decoupled manner. The uniformity of the mold wall temperature distribution and the associated heat flux is used as the index for a further improvement of the preliminary cooling system design and process operation. Both the analyses represented by a middlesurface-boundary approximation and a full-gap-boundary approach are performed and compared. The sensitivity to the element aspect ratio is also studied. Examples are illustrated. |
