中文摘要 | 由於模具冷卻系統的設計包含了非常多量的參數,因此完整的冷卻系統模擬分析通常分成幾個階段來進來。本文針對初期冷卸系統的設計與分析發展了一套有限元素網格與幾何因素法混合的模擬模式。這個方法與傳統分析法比較有下列的優點: (1)使用射出成形充填與保壓分析時相同的成品有限元素網格,毋須額外建立成品模式。 (2)由有限元素與冷卻水管的幾何關係自動計算幾何因素值,大量減少了以往費時的人工計算或是附帶的困難。 (3)預測射出成品溫度的分佈提供初期冷卸設計工作的參考。 (4)此方法提供了將冷卻系統參數整合納入充填與保壓階程模擬分析的基礎。 |
英文摘要 | In the present study, a hybrid FESFA (Finite-Element-Shape-Factor Approach) is developed for a preliminary cooling system design and analysis. Because of numerous parameters involved in the design work, a complete analysis of cooling system design is usual1y divided into sequent steps. The presently developed FESFA scheme provides the following following advanges in the preliminary design stage as compared with those of the conventional approach: (1)sharing the same finite element part mesh implemented for filling and packing analysis and required no additonal part modeling, (2) automatic calculation of shape factor from the geometrical relations among the elements and the channels to reduce the heavily manual work or the difficulty encountered in manhand evaluation, (3) predicting the relative part temperature distributon of reasonable accuracy for the preliminary design work and (4) providing the possibility for the integration of the cooling system parameters into mold-filling and mold-packing simulations. |
