| 中文摘要 | 本研究係探討中溫兩相式厭氣消化法甲烷生成相中甲烷生成受銅、鋅、鎳、鉻、鎘 及鉛離子抑制之情形。採用(1)以乙酸馴養之乙酸污泥與(2)以混合酸(乙酸、丙酸及丁 酸)馴養之混合酸污染為菌種污染,以回分式血清瓶分析進行厭氣消化試驗,結果如下: 1.金屬離子之相對毒性,就乙酸菌種污泥而言為銅>鎘>鋅>鉻>鉛>鎳;就混合酸菌 種污泥而言則為鎘>銅>鉻>鋅>鉛>鎳。 2.銅與鋅離子對乙酸菌種污泥生成甲烷之抑制比對混合酸菌種污泥者為明顯;乙酸菌種 污泥及混合酸菌種污泥之甲烷生成受鎳離子抑制之情形相似;乙酸菌種污泥對鉻、鎘 及鉛三種金屬離子,則具有比混合酸菌種污泥較佳之忍受力。 3.甲烷生成受重金屬抑制後之回復情形可用溶氧垂曲線模式模擬,其方程為Am=Ae[]+ Be[],式中Am為甲烷生成活性,A、B為任意常數,K�窗BK�砥B為速率常數,t為加入 重金屬後之反應時間。 |
| 英文摘要 | Using serum bottle assays, the effects of copper, zine, nickel, chromium, cadmium, and lead on methanogenesis in anaerobic digestion were studies. Acetic acid acclimated seed sludge (AASS) and mixed acids (acetic, propionic, and butyric acids) acclimated seed sludge (MASS) were used. Experimental results are as followings: 1.The relative toxicity was Cd>Cu>Cr>Zn>Pb>Ni for MASS. 2.Cu and Zn were more inhibitive to AASS than to MASS; Ni did the same level of inhibition to AASS and MASS; Cr, Cd, and Pb were more inhibitive to MASS than to AASS. 3.The recovery patterns of metal inhibition can be fitted with the dissolved oxygen curve model. |
