中文摘要 | 水庫一般皆定有規線及放水規則,其營運則依訂定之規定為之,操作簡單但較缺乏 彈性,本文以曾文--烏山頭串聯水庫系統為例,利用間斷微分動態規劃之理論,發展優選擇 操作模式,並由實例中發現,利用優選操作確實能較現行操作提高水庫之利用效益,使缺水 現象明顯改善。 優選法一般皆以模擬現行操作之結果當初如試驗軌跡,不但須先對現行操作有所瞭解, 同時程式之建立也較複雜費時。本文以固定形和直線形初始試驗軌跡,同樣能成功得到優選 軌跡,且有相當良好之收斂,具簡單的優點,值得推廣應用。軌跡廊道寬度之選定直接影響 計算時間與精度,在限定疊代數下,三種水文年(豐水年、乾旱年、嚴重乾旱年)可得不同之 廊道寬度。 |
英文摘要 | It is a more straight way to operate a reservoir by following the operating rules, but rather rigid. In this paper, an optimization approach with Discrete Differential Dynamic Programming (DDDP) is introduced to the operation of Tsengwen-Wushantou reservoirs. As a result, a higher benefit of water ultility is gained, more than that by operation rules. And the shortage of water supply in droughty year can be improved significantly. In general, the initial trajectory adopting optimization approach is set up by simulating the current operating rules of reservoir. This is a rather complicated process. To simplify this, two initial trajectory forms including fixed form and straight form are introduced. From those, optimization trajectory and good convergence can be achieved. Corridor width is an important factor. It affects the computational speed and eomputing precision. Appropriate values of corridor width in Tsengwen-Wushantou reservoirs are also presented under three different hydrologic conditions (flood, droughty, severe droughty year). |
