中文摘要 | 水庫一般皆定有規線及放水規則,其營運依訂定之規定為之,操作簡單 但較缺乏彈性,本文以曾文一烏山頭串聯水庫系統為例,利用間斷微分動態規劃 之理論,發展優選操作模式,並由實例中發現,利用優選操作確實能較現行操作 提高水庫之利用效益,使缺水現象明顯改善。 優遊法一般皆以模擬現行操作之結果當初始試驗軌跡,不但須先對現行操作有所 瞭解,同時程式之建立也較複雜費時。本文以固定形和直線形初始試驗軌跡,同 樣能成功地得優遊軌跡,且有相當良好之收斂,具簡便的優點,值得推廣應用。 軌跡廊道寬度之選定直接影響計算時間與精度,在限定疊代數下,三種水文年(豐 水年、乾旱年、嚴重乾早年)可得不同之廊道寬度。 |
英文摘要 | It is a more straight way to oer-ate a reservoir by follwoing the oper-ation rules , but rather rigid. Inthis paper , an optimization approach with Discrete Differential DynamicProgramming (DDDP) is introduced tothe operation of Tesengwen-Wushantoureservoirs. As a result , a higherbenefit of water ultility is gained ,more than that by operation rules. And the shortage of water supply indroughty year can be improved obviously. In general , the initial trajectory adopting in optimization approach is set up by simu-lating the currentoperation rules of reservoir , whichis a rather complicated process. Tosimplify this , two initial trajectory forms including fixed form andstraight form are introduced. Fromthose , optimization trajectory andgood convergence can be achieved. Corridor width is an important factorwhich affects the consuming time ofcomputer and computing precis ion. Appropriate values of corridor width in Tsengwen-Wushantou reservoirs are also presented under different hydrologicconditions. |
