中文摘要 | 氮素型態與養液pH之調整對蔬菜生育之影響,以蘿蔔、菠菜及番茄為材料試驗,其 結果摘要如下: 養液中以NO□-N為氮源時,pH值漸次升高,若加入NH□-N則pH值在初期降低而後上升,此 種變化在低濃度之養液中較快。 NO□-N 11me╱1+NH□-N 2me╱1的組合與以NO□-N為唯一氮源之比較,在蘿蔔方面,兩 者無顯著的差異。但菠菜則受NH□-N的影響而生長不良。番茄以NO□-N 13me╱1與NO□- N 11me╱1+NO□-N 4me╱1及NO□-N 5.5me╱1+NH□-N 2me╱1之三種處理之間,以NO □-N 13me╱1生長最好。而 NO□-N 5.5me╱1+NH□-N 2me╱1之生長最差,養液全濃度為 40me╱1及20me╱1之比較,則以高濃度之生長為佳。養液pH控制在6.5者較放任栽培生長 良好。 每種植物皆有其生長模式,在菠菜之根及葉則全期穩定生長,但蘿蔔則在根及葉生長一段期 間後,葉部生長漸趨遲緩,而根部卻迅速地生長。 蘿蔔及菠菜之裁培加入NH□-N為氮源可提高體內之全氮量,但番茄在營養生長期間體內之 含氮量則不受影響。養液中加入HN□-N在本試驗之三種材料Cation的吸收受抑制。 |
英文摘要 | Radish, spinach and tomato were used as materials for studies on the effects of nitrogen source and pH value of the hydroponic culture medium on the growthe of vegetables. The results were summarized as follows: The pH value of the hydroponic culture medium was gradually increased when nitrate (NO□) was used as the sole nitrogen source. However, it was decreased at first and then increased when ammonium (NH□) was used. The changing of the pH value was fast when the concentration of the culture medium was low. No significant difference has found in comparison between NO□ 11me/1 + NH□ 2me/1 and NO□ as the sole source of nitrogen in cultivation of radish. However, the growth of spinach was suffered from ammonium (NH□). Tomato was grown best in NO□ 13me/1 and worst in NO□ 5.5me/1 + NH□ 2me/1 compared to NO□ 11 me/1 + NH□ 4me/1. High concentration of 40me/l was grown better than low concentration of 20me/l. the control of pH value at 6.5 was better than those without control. Each of the vegetables treated in this experiment has its sole growth pattern. For example, stable growth of roots and leaves through whole growth stage was found in spinach. However, in radish the growth of leaves was gradually slower, but root growth was fast after a period of stable growth of leaves and roots. The cultiration of radish and spinach with ammonium nitrogen (NH□) has caused the increment of total nitrogen content of the whole plant. Howerer, no effect on total nitrogen content in tomato during vegetative growth stage was found. The addition of ammonium nitrogen (NH□) to the hydroponic culture medium has caused the suppression of cation absorption in each of the three vegetables tested. |
