中文摘要 | 以褐色半同胞母菜鴨供試,從遺傳上探討血清及蛋黃中膽固醇含量與產蛋性狀之關係。試驗結果顯示,第2、6、10、14、18週齡血清中膽固醇含量與自初產起16週之蛋數、蛋重、蛋黃重之間的表型相關均不顯著(P<0.05)。蛋黃中膽固醇含量與蛋數、蛋重、蛋黃重間之表型相關亦同。蛋數、蛋黃中及血清中膽固醇含量等性狀,非累積性基因作用較為重要。蛋數、蛋重、蛋黃重與蛋黃中膽固醇含量之間的遺傳相關低,顯示性狀間受同樣基因影響之機會可能不大。蛋重及蛋黃重具中等程度之遺傳變異率,如對該等性狀選拔,以個體及家族記錄併予考慮為宜。 |
英文摘要 | In order to investigate the relationships of serum and yolk cholesterol levels to egg production, a total of 93 half-sib brown Tsaiya ducks were employed for this experiment. The results-showed that there were no significant differences in the phenotypic correlations of serum and yolk cholesterol levels at 2, 6, 10, 14, 18 weeks of age to the number of egg procuction, the egg and yolk weights of 16 weeks after the age of first egg production (P>0.05). Nonadditive gene effects acted a more important role in the inheritance of the number of egg production, yolk and serum cholesterol. Number of egg production, egg and yolk weights showed low genetic correlations with yolk cholesterol level, it means that probably very few of the same genes affected the two traits. Medium level heritabilities of the egg and yolk weights were obtained, thus, a consideration of combining individual record with family record for selection of these traits will usually be necesssay. |
