中文摘要 | 利用一系列含不同成分的硫碸官能基的 AN/EVSF共聚合高分子薄膜以評估其在 CO₂、O₂、N₂及SO₂混合氣體中分離SO₂的能力。研究結果顯示SO₂及CO₂對AN/EVSF共聚合高分子薄膜的透過率隨薄膜中EVSF(或硫)成分增加而升高,但N₂及O₂之透過率卻幾乎與硫碸的成分無關。此外 SO₂/CO₂、SO₂/O₂、SO₂/N₂等之透過選擇率隨薄膜中EVSF成分增加而昇高。鑄膜溫度對AN/EVSF高分子薄膜的功能性亦有影響,我們的結果顯示在較高溫度下,所鑄之薄膜具較大之透過選擇率,但卻具較小之透過率。 |
英文摘要 | A series of AN/EVSF copolymer membrane containing different content of sulfone group were evaluated for the separation of SO₂ from CO₂, O₂, and N₂. The permeability coefficient of SO₂ and CO₂ through AN/EVSF copolymer membrane increased with increasing EVSF content while the permeability coefficients of N₂ and O₂ were nearly independent of the content of sulfone. The permeability ratios of SO₂/CO₂, SO₂/O₂, SO₂/N₂ also increased with increasing EVSF content. Casting temperature also affected the performance of AN-EVSF copolymer membrane, and our results illustrated that casting the membrane at higher temperature exhibited higher permselectivity but lower permeability. |
