中文摘要 | 本研究利用聚嗍�憛]polysulfone, PSF)╱聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol, PEG )摻合製備成具有高選擇性及透氣性之薄膜。本研究摻合不同量聚乙二醇於聚嗍�斲■� 中製備出組成比例不同之聚嗍�憛�聚乙二醇複合薄膜,小分子量( Mw=200 )聚乙二醇會影 響薄膜中氣體分子擴散之效果能有效提昇複合膜之分離性能,聚乙二醇添加改變複合薄膜之 高分子鏈之蠕動特性並影響氣體之質傳行為,本研究中聚嗍�憛�聚乙二醇薄膜之氣體分離性 能將以探討溶解擴散模式及薄膜組成改變等方式,討論二氧化碳及甲烷氣體於複合薄膜中之 溶解與擴散行為,並以操作壓力之變化探討氣體分離膜中聚乙二醇添加對薄膜中氣體分子可 能質傳行為之影響。 |
英文摘要 | For preparing high performance gas separation membrane, polyethylene glycol (PEG) was considered to blend with polysulfone (PSF) membranes. It was found that the gas separation performance was improved by blending low molecular weight (Mw=200) with PSF membrane. It was found that the improvement of gas separation performance of PSF/PEG membrane was due to the enhancement of polymer chain mobility of composite membranes. The enhancement of gas separation was due to an increase of diffusion selectivity. The transport properties were discussed by measuring the sorption and permeation properties of composite membranes. The change of polymer chain mobility in PSF/PEG membrane was evidenced by glass transition temperature measurements. The effect of various operations pressures on the possible transport mechanism of CO �� and CH �� in PSF/PEG membrane was also investigated in this study. |
