中文摘要 | 於實驗室探用改良式單一多層頭箱手抄紙機所得集層紙,其厚度及密度與纖維種類有密切關係。成紙之白度則與各單種纖維之白度及各單層之基重有關。就集層紙之物理性質言,除撕裂強度及內聚力外,其餘強度性質均較傳統式均勻混合漿抄製之單層紙者為佳。紙層組構中,中層配列長纖維槳或含較多長纖維漿者(除彎折挺度外),其強度性質較優。尤以耐折度具有顯著提昇。故知纖維配列位置及各單層配比用量等因素實為集層紙性質之重要依憑。唯於紙張最終用途可容許強度下,宜儘可能探用價廉之機械漿或回收再製之脫墨漿,以節省原料成本。 |
英文摘要 | This study examines the effects of pulp configuration on the physical properties of stratified sheets. Samples were obtained from a modified multi-headbox handsheet machine and compared with the conventional handsheets made of unislurry of mixed pulps. Caliper and density showed highly correlated with fiber types while brightness of the paper increased with the increasing brightness and basis weight 'of each ply. Sample sheets showed superior physical properties to general single-ply handsheet of uniformly mixed slurry .Tear strength and internal bonding were two exceptions, showing loses. Sheets with NBKP allocated in the centrallayer or with higher proportion of NBKP displayed better strength. Folding endurance were substantially increased in this experiment. This analysis indicated that the properties of laboratory stratified sheet are primarily determined by its fiber allocations and percentages of different fibers applied in each layer. |
