中文摘要 | 本報告係探討三種針葉樹造林木之弦切單板經滾輪壓展機壓展成連續纖維薄片後,所壓製而成之連續纖維薄片層積材(亦稱處理組)的物理與強度性質,並且與未處理單板壓製成之單板層積材(對照組)進行比較,結果如次:1.處理組試材之比重皆明顯大於對照組試材,杉木為0.63~0.80>0.44~0.56;柳杉為0.64~0.73>0.54~0.58;台灣杉為0.52~0.67>0.40~0.48。2.對照組之壓縮強度均大於處理組試材,以各熱壓條件之比壓縮強度(σc/Ru)進行鄧肯新多變域分析時,三種樹種均以對照組會顯著大於處理組。3.各試材之吸水膨潤率,在三種木材皆以處理組大於對照組。4.各試材厚度與重量損失率,杉木及柳杉係對照組稍大於處理組,而台灣杉則係處理組稍大於對照組。但其皆隨熱壓壓力的增加而有下降趨勢。5.各試材之靜曲性質,即其MOR值及MOE值,有不同熱壓壓力間並無一定趨勢。但就其比彎曲強度值(MOR/Ru及MOE/Ru)在不同熱壓及處理條件試材間進行鄧肯新多變域分析,三種木材均以對照組會大於處理組。當就三種木材考慮時,處理組係以柳杉較佳,杉木較差,但對照組間則無一定趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | This main purpose of this paper was to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of continuous fiber laminated wood (Zephyr wood; treated group) made from veneers of three different wood species , they were pressed by roller press machine bound with UF resin , the data were compared with those of laminated veneer lumber (control group )made from untreated veneers. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The specific gravities of treated group specimens were significantly greater than those of control group , they were 0.63~0.80> 0.44~0.56, 0.64~0.73> 0.54~0.58, and 0.52~0.67>0.40~0.48 for China-fir, Japanese cedar and Taiwania respectively. 2. The compression strength of control group specimens were greater than those of treated group. The specific compression strength (σc/ Ru) of the control group were significantly greater than those of treated group among various hot pressure conditions and wood species analyzed by Duncan's new multiple range method. 3. The water absorption swelling % of various specimens showed greater value for treated group than those of control group for three wood species. 4. The thickness and weight lose % of the control group were greater than those of treated group for China-fir and Japanese cedar, and Taiwania showed a contrary trend. However, its value decreased with the increase of hot pressure. 5. The bending strength (MOR and MOE) of specimens showed no significant differences among various hot pressure conditions. However, when the specific bending strength (MOR/Ru and MOE/Ru) of various hot pressure and treated conditions were analyzed by Duncan's new multiple range method, they showed grater values for control group than those of treated group for the three wood species. When comparison was considered among three wood species, in the case of treated group, it showed better results for Japanese cedar and a poor one for China-fir. However, a significant trend was not existed among control group specimens. |
