中文摘要 | 本文目的係在收集一般人膝關節肌肉所負擔的最大重力效應值,並精簡 重力效應量化的方法;進而了解在等速肌力測驗中速度對重力效應的影響,藉以 與速度對最大肌力的影響程度做比較,並探討重力效應在不同速度下對測得肌力 之影響程度。本文係採三十位年輕健康男性,分別利用人體測量學實驗,Cybex II+ 雙頻記錄器,與CybeX II+電腦等三種方式測量膝關節肌肉最大重力效應值;並利 用Cybex II+ 測量膝伸肌與膝屈肌之最大肌力以茲比較。結果發現:一、以人體測 量實驗法測得之最大重力效應值為7.57±0.32呎磅,是膝伸肌最大肌力之5.6± 11.4、膝屈肌最大肌力之10.7-17.6,其中速度愈快比例愈高。二、不同速度測得 之最大重力效應值相互間呈現顯著差異性;且速度愈快,最大重力效應值愈小。 三、以Cybex II+雙頻記錄器於高速(210°/sec-270°/sec)時測得之最大重力效應值 最接近人體測量實驗值。以Cybex電腦測之則於慢速(30°/sec)時測得值較接近人 體測量實驗值。 |
英文摘要 | Gravity effect (GE) acts as a key rolein manual muscle testing. In fact, the import-ance of GE is magnified if subjects generatedlow torque due to acceleration, muscle fatigue,or disability. Failure to consider GE duringisokinetic endurance test, fatigue test, or highvelocity test at knee joint greatly underestimatesactive knee extensor muscle torque and overest-imates active knee flexor muscle torque. Thepurpose of this paper is to quantify gravityeffect and to find the influence of speed ongravity effect during isokinetic testing. Thirtyhealthy young men performed isokinetic testingat 60°/s, 120°/s, 180°s/s, 240°/s, 300°/s, andattended weigh limb procedure with CybexDate Reduction Computer (CDRC), and DualChannel Recorder (DCR) at eleven differentspeed (12°/s, 30°/s, 60°/s, 90° /s, 120°/s, 150°/s,180°/s, 210°/s, 240°/s, 270°/s, 300@/s).Anthropometric method to collect limb weight is also applied by measuring leg volume for eachsubject. The finding were (1) Maximal gravityeffect resulted from laboratory method is 7.57- 0.32 ft Ib. and is found to be similar tothe value measured by DCR at higher velocity(210°/s to 270°/s). (2) The percentage for peakgravity effect to peak corrected muscle torqueis various depending on testing velocity from5.6 to 11.4 for knee extensor and 10.7to 17.6 for knee flexor; and the faster thetesting velocity, the higher the percentage.(3) Peak gravity effect measured by Cybexmachine (CDRC or DRC) is various dependingon testing velocity: the faster the velocity,the lower the value; and the phenomenon ismore obvious by using CDRC. It is suggestedto measure maximal gravity effect at 30°/sby using CDRC, and at high velocity (210°/sto 270°/s) by using DCR in clinical application. |
