中文摘要 | 本實驗目的以Calcein來定量評估大白鼠神經功能對牙本質形成的影響。實驗動物區分為三組,第一組將單側下齒槽神經切除,第二組將單側上頸神經節切除,第三組將單側下齒槽神經及上頸神經節一併切除,分別在手術後第21與25天,給予Calcein (15 mg/kg),在手術後第28天將動物犧牲,觀察在第二大臼齒根分叉處(bifurcation)之門齒(incisor)的牙本質形成,實驗結果顯示不論是單側切除下齒槽神經或上頸神經節,以及兩者一併同時切除,對於門齒的牙本質形成,在統計學上均無顯著差異,故大白鼠的神經功能不會影響牙本質的形成。 |
英文摘要 | The effects of innervation on dentin formation in the rat were quantitatively evaluated using a fluorescent tissue-time marker (Calcein). Unilateral removal of the inferior alveolar nerve and/or superior cervical ganglion in the rat produced no alteration during the experimental period of 28 days in the quantitative deposition of dentin in developing incisors as shown by double Calcein labeling. Results indicated that nerve denervation does not affect dentin formation in the developing incisor of the rat. |
