中文摘要 | 本研究以臺灣最大的653家企業為對象,使用問卷調查與分析次級資料。結果,在對262個有效樣本進行的統計分析後,對臺灣大企業得出的主要結論如下:(1)組織的複雜性與組織規模呈正相關,(2)組織科技對組織結構的複雜性有顯著影響,(3)組織的集中性與組織規模之間的負相關之關係並不顯著,(4)組織的科技對組織結構的集中性影響不顯著。 上述四點中,前兩點與西方研究的結論一致,後兩點則否。因之,目前的組織理論是否能完全的應用於非西方社會,仍有疑問。 |
英文摘要 | This research is in focus on the biggest 653 business organizations in Taiwan, conducted by survey and second hand data analysis. After studied an effective sample of 262 business entities by careful statistical analysis, the main conclusions can be drawn are as follows: (1) There exists a positive correlation between organizational size and structural complexity, (2) The relation between organizational technology and structural complexity is significant, (3) The negative correlation between organizational size and structural centralization is insignificant, (4) The relation between organizational technology and structural centralization is insignificant. The foregoing points of (1) & (2) are consistent with Western Studies, but points (3) & (4) are not. Therefore, whether the current organization theory can be completely applied to non-Western society is still in doult. |
