英文摘要 | In this study, the correlations between mechancial properties and microstructures of Ti-662alloy were discussed. Various microstructures were generated by different cooling rates (50℃/hr,100℃/hr, 200℃/hr, A.C. and W.Q.) which affected the mechancial properties of the alloy. It wasshown that the higher the cooling rate, the thinner the plate thickness of Widmanstatten a (W )andretained /?(/?r) which resulted in higher strength and lower ductility. It was also shown that alloycooled at a cooling rate of 100℃/hr could achieve best ductility. On the contrary, alloy being waterquenched attained best strength. TEM observation for the 100℃/hr cooled specimen revealed that the orientation relationshipbetween interface phase and ft phase was: (110)β//(111)I: [11l] β// [110] 1. |
