| 英文摘要 | The effects of three processes on texture and plastic anisotropy of Type 304 av.stenitic stainlesssteel sheets have been investigated by the measurement of plastic strain ratio, relative X-ray integrated intensity and pole figure. The results are summarized as follows:1. When the rolling reduction before final annealing is small, about below 40, lhere is no appar ent preferred orientation in the annealing texture of type 304 stainless steel sheet. Heavy rolling reduction, about 80 up, will increase the average plastic strain ratio.2. The rolling texture of Type 304 stainless steel sheet consists mainly of (146) [211] , (110) [112] , (112) [111] and (110) [001] components. Increasing the rolling reduction before the final annealing will enhance the intensity of these components.3. The annealing texture of Type 304 stainless steel sheet consists mainly of (113) [332], (112) [111] and (123) [111] components. Increasing the rolling reduction before the final annealing will increase the intensity of these components. The (112) [111] texture will cause the planar anisotropy of r45>r, , r90. |
