中文摘要 | 本試驗討論添加0.0048%(對紙漿乾重之比)鹽基青蓮(Basic Methyl Violet)於含50%磨木漿之潔白濶葉樹硫酸鹽紙漿中形成雜斑之原因。由於台灣紙廠慣用之增加白紙視自度之鹽墓青蓮提色劑易先染著親合力強之磨木漿或先接觸之纖維,輒生顏色較深之雜斑缺點。究因為含磨木漿漿料濃度大於2%以上,荷蘭式打漿機內之漿料循環不佳及漿溫大於30℃等。雜斑可藉將鹽基青蓮染料濃度稀釋至0.05%以下,漿槽內之紙漿濃度設法降低至具良好攪拌效果之1%以下而獲得改善。綜言之,添加鹽基青蓮提色劑於含磨木漿之漂白漿料中,由於鹽基性染料與富含木質素之磨木漿親合力較漂白硫酸鹽紙漿為佳,雜斑於焉形成。 |
英文摘要 | Basic Methyl Violet, which is one of the most commonly used shading dyestuffs in Taiwan paper mills, added to groundwood-containing pulps at 0.0048% addition (based on o. d. pulp), showed strong affinity for high lignin-content groundwood pulp or those fibers first came in contact with the dyestuff. These deeper dyed fibers will remain so. At more than 2% of pulp consistency, poor agitation of the stock in Hollander beater, and high stock temperature resulted in mottling. This mottling can be prevented by using diluter dye solution (less than 0.05%), by adding dye to a diluter pulp slurry under good agitation or by blending the dye. uniformly with the furnish. In general, if Basic Methyl Violet is used in a bleached furnish that contains a certain amount of unbleached fibers, the basic dye wiII be adsorbed preferentially by the high lignin-content fibers, thus cause mottling. |
