中文摘要 | 本研究目的之一,在發展─測量國中生的學習技巧之診斷性工具,除了注重傳統工具的行為分析外,並注重學習者所使用的統合認知 (metacognitive) 的學習策略。本研究乃自編─「國中生學習技巧調查問卷」,包括六個層面:一般學習的態度和動機、教室內的學習習慣、教室外的學習習慣、閱讀理解和做筆記、解決學習困難的策略,以及準備考試和考試技術。以台灣中部地區1727位國中生的性別、智力、主科成績、學期成績和問卷得分的依據,研究結果發現:(1) 國中生學習技巧運作與英文科成績的相關最高,與數學科成績的相關較低;(2) 女生的學習技巧大多優於男生;(3) 問卷的「解決學習困難的策略」層面與學科總分之相關高於其他層面;(4) 智力中上者和智力中等者的「解決學習困難的策略」顯著優於中下者。上述的研究結果可做為修訂國外「學習和讀書策略量表」中學生版本土化的依據,並可作為擬定學業成績欠佳者學習輔導措施之參考。 |
英文摘要 | One of the purposes of this study was to develop a diagnostic scale for junior high Ss' study skills. Behavioral, cogintive, and matacognitive learning strategies that the students used were integrated in the scale. Six dimensions of the study skills include: general learning attitudes and motivation, in classroom study habits, out-of-classroom study habits, reading comprehension and note-taking, problem-solving of learning difficulties, and test preparation and test-wiseness. With data collection of sex, I. Q., individual course and semester grades and study skills (SS) scores from 1727 junior high students, results showed:(1) high correlation was found between SS scores and English grade, low correlation between SS scores and math grades; (2) the SS of girls were superior than boys; (3) the correlation between the dimension of problem-solving of learning difficultes and of semester grades was the highest compared to that of other dimensions; (4) students with I.Q. greater than 110 and those with I.Q. between 90-110 possessed better abilities on problem-solving of learing difficulties than students with I.Q. less than 90. The above findings may serve as references for the modification of "learning and study strategies Inventory " by Claire Weinstein, of University of Austin-Texas and also for designing prescriptive remedial program for students with learning difficulties. |
