中文摘要 | 學習技巧是學習者所用的讀書方法和學習策略。國內外的教育文獻已發現學習技巧和學業成績存有正相關,因此本研究嘗試發展─訓練國中低成就學生學習技巧的輔導方案,預期接受輔導的學生不僅能改善其學習技巧,也能促成學業成績的進步。參與本研究實驗的成員來自彰化市陽明國中二年級中下程度的兩個男生班,由導師從每班各選12人,各班的12人再隨機分派6人至實驗組,6人至控制組,兩班共得實驗組12人,控制組12人。實驗組成員接受為期二個月共八次的小團體輔導,訓練課程以時間管理、專心術、統合性學習技巧 (SQ3R) 和主科的學習方法為主。採用無母數統計法,資料分析結果顯示,實驗組成員在學習技巧問卷的得分上有顯著的進步 (P≤.05),然而第三次段考各科成績的等級位置,實驗組成員的表現與控制組成員相比,並無顯著差異。實驗組成員參與輔導後對方案的主觀評估非常支持訓練方案的價值。 本研究的訓練方案如果能調整訓練教材單元主題的進程、加強成員在團體活動外相互督促的角色,並適度增加每週輔導的次數和每次活動的時間,應可獲得更佳的學習輔導效果。 |
英文摘要 | Study skills are those learning strategies or study techniquies that learners use. A positive correlation was found between study skill and academic performance by a group of educational researchers. This paper had developed a study skill training program attemping to improve the study skills as well as academic performance of junior high underachievers. 24 underachieving 8th graders were selected by master teachers from two classes with 12 in each class. 6 students were andomly cheen for the experimental group and 6 students for the control group. The students in the experimental group received a two month program in which the conselor and the participants met once a week. The curriculum mainly included time management, concentration techniqnes, SQ3R and major subjcts (Chinese, English, Math, Science) study techniques, By using non-parametric statistics, the results showed that a significant difference (P≤.05) was found on the study skills improvements before and after training among learner in the control group, but no difference was found on subject grades between the experimental group and the control group, The self-reports data showed the training program was highly valued by the experimental group learners. In order to increase the effectiveness of the study skill training program, the procedural rearrangement of the program units, the span and frequencey of the meeting time, and the assignment of study-related role among learners all need to be considered. |
