中文摘要 | 為暸解金線蓮之開花習性並促進其抽苔開花,以利有性繁殖及品種改良之推動,先行觀測其花樣構造及結實率等,並利用光強,光週期,溫度及生長調節劑等處理,以謀求促進金線蓮抽苔和開花之有利條件。試驗結果發現,無論以人工自花或異花授粉均極易成功,但放任自然不行人工授粉則果莢無法膨大。幼年期將近一年,抽苔後約30天可開花,自下往上開,為無限花序。授粉後約60天果莢方達完熟。較適於生育及花芽分化之光強度為1,600 lux,對光週期反應並不明顯,但行20/15℃之日/夜變溫處理可促進其抽苔開花,尤其幼苗期行低溫處理一個月之效果更好。植物生長調節劑中,苯基腺嘌呤 (benzyladenine ,BA) 混合腺嘌呤 (adenine) 使用或獨施基乃丁細胞分裂素 (kinetin) ,均可促進抽苔開花,但激勃素 (gibberellic acid ,GA3) 及萘乙酸 (naphthalene acetic acid, NAA) 則生抑制或延遲作用。 |
英文摘要 | Floral morphology, fruiting setting and effects of light intensity, photoperiod, temperature and growth regulators on the growth and bolting of two species of Anoectochilus were studied. Optimal vegetative growth and bloting were observed when plants maintained under 1,600 lux illumination with a photoperiod of 14/10 day/night. Blooming generally occurred after plants pass through approximately one year juvenal phase, and was photoperiodically insensitive. Day/night temperature of 20/15℃ facilitated bolting and flowering when treated at seedling stage. Kinetin (20 mg/l) or benzyladenine (20 mg/l) plus adenine (20 mg/l) promoted bolting, while gibberellic acid (20 mg/l) and naphthalene acetic acid (20 mg/l) showed inhibitive or retarding effects. Poor fruit setting was observed in natural condition. Artificial self and cross-pollination greatly facilitated fertilization and fruit setting. |
