中文摘要 | 本研究探討(一)同儕輔導對高中人際適應困擾學生的效果;(二)不同適配方式對同儕團體輔導的影響。受試者為臺北市立中山女高高一學生計102位,由同儕輔導員帶領不同適配之成長團體,分別以孟氏行為困擾調查表、人際關係量表、社會關係量表、團體氣氛量表與成員感受量表評量其效果。所得資料以Timm的一般線性模式,t考驗與重覆量數二因子變異數分析進行統計處理。結果顯示:(一)同儕輔導員帶領的成長團體對成員在團體中之情緒擴張性與受支持性均有顯著正向效果;但對人際通應困擾與人際需求則無影響;(二)互補適配之成長團體在團體氣氛與對同儕輔導員之感受,優於交換適配與無適配組。 |
英文摘要 | This study focused on (1) the effect of peer group counseling on senior high school students' interpersonal problems, and (2) the influence of peer counselor-client compatibility pattern on peer counseling effects. First, thirty three female senior high students were selected and served as proposed peer counselors. These students participated in an eight-week peer counselors' training program which stressed on knowledge of the peer counselor's role, understanding of self, and basic interpersonal and counseling skills. After the training, six peer counselors were selected and served as leaders of three T-Groups for 7 weeks of 20 tenth female graders with interpersonal problems. The second part of the study was the three T-Groups led by six peer counselors. Both the members and peer counselors completed the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B). From this measure, three compatibility groups were formed, i.e.,the originator compatibility of inclusion (n=6); the interchange compatibility of control (n=8), and non-compatibility group (n=6). Twenty students who didn't participate in T-Groups served as the control group. The measurement used in this study included: FIRO-B, MPCL, Sociometrics, Group Atmosphere Scale, and Counselor Rating Form. A 2x2 analysis of variance (ANOVA) with repeated measure, Timm's general linear model and a f-test were used to test the hypotheses. Following are the main findings: 1. There were no significant differences between experimental and control groups on interpersonal problems and interpersonal orientation. However, there were significant differences in pre- and post measures on emotional expansiveness and the selecting index, both werein favor of EG. 2. The group atmosphere and counselor rating of the originator compatibility group werebetter than those of interchange compatibility and non-compatibility groups. |
