中文摘要 | 本文主要研究為如何將彈性體(CTBN)韌化之環氧樹脂預先經塗佈加工方法製成半膠化(B-stage)薄膜黏著劑。首先從變數的影響如溫度、黏度、及膠化時間等尋求適宜的加工條件以製備半膠化之環氧樹脂薄膜,再探討此薄膜黏著劑的儲存壽命,對鋁材的接著效果,及環境效應(溫度、溼度)對接著強度的影響。結果顯示比薄膜黏著劑於0℃ 的環境下儲存,可有相當長的儲存壽命。添加CTBN於環氧樹脂中可改善接著劑疊剪強度及T-剝離強度。在50℃ ,92% RH及50℃ 飽和鹽水環境下,接著強度因吸收水氣而降低,其影響又以在鹽水環境下較嚴重。 |
英文摘要 | Formulas of CTBN rubber modified DGEBA epoxy and its performance to use as film adhesives are investigated. Parameters such as temperature, viscosity and gel time are used to determine the processing conditions in order to manufacture B-stage epoxy films. Aluminum-Aluminum joints are used to study the performance of film adhesives. It has found that lap shear and T-peel strengths can be improved through the modification of epoxy by reaction with CTBN. The film has a good shelf life at 0℃ storage. During 50℃, 92% RH and salt water aging, absorbed mositure causes reduction in adhesive shear strength, and the effect is more severe in the salt water environment. |
