中文摘要 | 本文乃利用一簡單眞空蒸發結晶器中研究操作溫度,眞空度,溶質濃度及空氣流量與硫酸銨結晶之關係。除此,在結晶系統中添加Cr⁺⁺⁺離子對結晶性質之影響也加以探討。從實驗結果得知,當增高操作溫度,眞空度及溶質濃度時,對於提高晶粒之產率及平均粒大小有所俾益。然而當增加空氣之流量時則由於導致晶粒核化速率之增加而使平均晶粒大小減少。除此,溶液中添加少量之Cr⁺⁺⁺離子會壓抑晶粒之核化速率而使晶粒平均大小尺寸增加。 |
英文摘要 | The crystallization of ammonium sulfate is studied by changing the operating temperature, degree of vacuum, concentration of solute and air flow rate in a simple vacuum evaporative crystallizer. In addition, the adductive Cr⁺⁺⁺ in affecting the crystallization characteristics is also investigated. From experimental data, it is found that increasing operating temwerature, degree of vacuum and concentration of solute are favorable to the higher yields of crystal and average crystal size. Nevertheless, the increase of air flow rate will lead to increase the nucleation rate which reduces the average crystal size. The nucleation rate of ammonium sulfate will be depressed when a few ppm of Cr⁺⁺⁺ ion is added to the supersatiurated solution of the crystallization system. Thus, the average crystal size increase due to addition of Cr⁺⁺⁺ ions. |
