中文摘要 | 本文利用流體流動剪力來研究在庫耶特結晶器中己內醯胺從苯過飽和溶液中研究二次核化之現象。從研究結果中獲悉利用轉動設備之內筒柱以造成機械之流體流動剪力可以引發二次晶核,其所產生之核化晶體與流動剪力之密度,過飽和溫度及飽合溫度有極密切之關係,利用冪次相關式,吾人找出產生晶粒顆數與過飽和溫度有2.88-2.97次方之關係。 |
英文摘要 | Secondary nucleation of Є-caprolactam from benzene solution induced by fluid shear force is carried out in a Couette flow crystallizer. The results show that secondary nucleation can be induced by a mechanical fluid shear which was achieved by rotating the inner crylinder of the apparatus. The number of nuclei observed was a strong function of the intensity of shear, the degree of subcooling and the saturation temperature of the solution. Using a power law model correlation, it was found that the number of nuclei observed was a function of degree of subcooling up to a power of about 2.88-2.97. |
