中文摘要 | 本研究目的係探討微波照射對試片含水率及溫度之影響。所得果如次:(1)木材經微波照射後,其含水率分佈是以週邊部分較內部高1.3位。此將有利於彎曲加工。(2)微波加熱試材之表面溫度隨微波照射時間增加而呈單對數關係增大,但隨室內放置時間延長牀程指數狀減低,其關係可以試(1)~(3),(5)及表2表示。(3)微波照射前與後,試材之含水率ΔMC值會隨照射時間增加而增大,但隨試材厚度增加而減低,其關侏試可以式(6)~(7),及表3~4表示。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to discuss the effects of microwave irradiation on the moisture content and temperature of wood. The results are summarized as follows: (1)After microwave irradiation, the distribution of moisture content of wood was higher than those of inner parts about 1.3 times. which was very profitable for the processing of wood bending. (2)The surface temperature of microwave irradiated wood increased with increasing time of treatment; However, it decreased with increasing time of storage in the rooms. Their relationships could be represe ntedly by formulas (1)-(3) ,(5)and Table 2. (3)The differences in the moisture content of specimens before and after microwave irradiation (ΔM C) increased with increasing time of treatment, however, it decreased with increasing thickness of specimen- Their relationships could be represented by formulas (6)~(7) and Table 3~4. |
