| 中文摘要 | 本研究目的是為改善粒片板之加工性,並拓銷柳杉之市場,試著在廢料粒片中混合以適當量之柳杉粒片,期能減低粒片板密度及用膠量,所得結果如次:(1)粒片板均會顯示出三層構造特性,即在表底層密度為最大,中心部位為最小,其ρmax/ρmin值會隨柳杉粒片混合比增加而增大。(2)粒片板之靜曲強度,內聚強度,木螺絲保持力及其比強度均會隨柳杉粒片混合比及用膠量增加而增大,其關係可以(1)~(6)及(8)~(10)式表示。(3)廢料中如混合50%之柳杉粒片時則粒片板密度可由0.83減至0.70 g/cm^3,用膠量可由11%減至9%,尚可使其強度維持在CNS 2215之150標準內。 |
| 英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to improve the processing Quality of domestic particleboard and developing the market of Japanese-fir, in this study, We try to mix the Japanese-fir particle with sawmill residual particle, in order to decrease the density and resin content of domestic particlboard, The results are summarized as follows. (1) The density of the cross section of particleboard can satisfy the characteristics of the structural particleboard of three layers, it means that the density of the surface layer is the highest and inner layer is the lowest. Besides, the values of ρmax/ρmin increases with increasing the mixed ratio of Japanese-fir particles. (2) The values of modulas of rupture, internal bond strength, screw holding force and its specific strength increase with increasing the mixed ratio of Japanese-fir particIes, Their reIationships may be expressed in exponential formalas (1) to (6) and (8) to (10). (3) If the particleboard were made from the sawmill residual mixing with 50% Japanese-fir particles, Al though the density of particleboard decreased from 0.82 and its resin to 0.7 g/ cm^3 and its resin content reduced from 11% to 9%, but the strength of particleboard Could be held with in the level of the type 150 of CNS specification 2215. |
