中文摘要 | 文獻中有兩種模式可用來描述在一吸附劑結晶內之質傳現象。本文即對此兩種模式做一比較,並建議可依孔陘之分佈來取決用那種模式。本文中採用正交分配之數值方法來計算出一固定床吸附槽內裝有雙孔陘分佈顆粒之吸附曲線。此數值方法因採用重覆法,因此較傳統之直接積分法可減少每次運算之方程式數目。在本文中亦就軸擴散、相與相間之質傳、平衡常數及在小孔陘及大孔陘中之擴散比例對吸附曲線之影響加以探討。為了節省計算時間,本文中並提出了假穩定狀態之方法,此方法可用較少的計算時間,獲得相當滿意之結果。 |
英文摘要 | Two existing models in the literature used to describe mass transfer in adsorbent crystals were compared and suggested to apply to different adsorbents depending on their pore size distributions. A numerical literation technique combined with orthogonal collocation and semiimplicit Runge-Kutta methods was developed to solve mass balance equations for an adsorber packed with bidisperse pellets. By this proposed numerical technique the memory required to achieve calculation was reduced significantly. The effects of axial dispersion, interphase mass transfer resistance, equilibrium constant and ratio of diffusion times in macropore and micropore on breakthrough curves were discussed. In order to save computational time a pseudo steady-state approximation was developed. This approximation gives excellent predictions under practical operating conditions. |
