英文摘要 | The report based on the feasibility study of the improvement insulation in slab reheatingfurnace by veneering ceramic fiber on the roof and walls. First, we analyzed the properties ofceramic fibre, and then calculated the energy saved from heat flux decreased during operation andheat storage decreased during furnace heating up and coohng down after maintainance. It wasestimated that the amount of energy saved per year was 7.13x109 kcal. On the basis of oil price, the profit of energy saved per year is NTS 5,400,000, the return ofinvestment is 110; on the basis of coal price, the profit is NT$ 3,150,000, the ROI is 64.5. From the above analysis, it has the potential of investment. If we evaluate involvement ofindirect profits of increasing production of plate and elongating the life of refractory-etc, theprofit will be more than the estimate. So, under the energy crisis, the feasibility of veneeringceramic fiber in slab reheating furnace is to be sure. |
