| 中文摘要 | 本試驗主要目的探討不同氮肥量及添加硝化抑制劑N-serve對台南15號超甜玉米產量及品質之影響,其試驗結果摘述如下: 1. 盆栽及田間試驗結果顯示增加氮肥施用量及同一施氮肥量中添加N-serve顯著增加穗葉α-胺基態氮及可溶性蛋白質含量。 2. 增加氮肥施用量顯著增加株高、穗高、莖直徑、穗長、穗寬、穗行、穗重、地上部稈鮮重及穗產量;施用N-serve增加田間試驗之地上部稈鮮重,但對其他農藝性狀及鮮果穗產量之影響較小。田間試驗結果並顯示對莖直徑及地上部稈鮮重則以尿素處理為佳。 3. 添加N-serve對鮮果穗產量之影響,在尿素少肥區可提高產量7.9%,中肥區提高3.9%;在硫酸錏少肥區添加N-serve提高產量5.8%,中肥區提高2.9%。但無論施用硫酸錏或尿素,多肥區添加N-serve均無效果。對地上部稈鮮重添加N-serve有顯著效果,尤其尿素中肥區提高19%,硫酸錏中肥區提高14%。 4. 氮肥施用量提高對子實含水量亦有增加之趨勢。子實中α-胺基態氮,可溶性蛋白質及粗蛋白質含量亦隨氮肥施用量之增加而增加;但子實內總糖及蔗糖含量則隨氮肥施用量增加反而降低。又向一氮肥施用量添加N-serve對子實中糖分含量沒有顯著影響;對子實中可溶性蛋白質有顯著之增加,但對α-胺基態氮及全蛋白含量僅有增加之趨勢。 |
| 英文摘要 | NH4+-N applied in soils is converted to NO3- N and easily lost by leaching and denitrification. N-serve (Nitrapyrin) as a means of reducing nitrification and subsequent nitrogen losses is currently under investigation. This experiment was conducted in pots and field to study the influence of nitrogen sources, rates and addition of nitrapyrin on the yield and quality of sweet corn. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Pot and field experiments both showed that increasing the nitrogen rates as well as application of nitrapyrin at any level of nitrogen significantly increased α-amino nitrogen and soluble protein contents in leaves, but had little influence on sugar and chlorophyll contents in leaves. 2. Experments also showed that increasing nitrogen rates significantly increased plant height, ear height, stem diameter, ear weight, ear length, ear width, kernel rows, stover yield and fresh ear yield of sweet corn. In the field experiment, urea was much better than ammonium sulfate as regards its effect on the stem diameter and stover yield, when compared at the same N rate. 3. When urea was used as the N source, the addition of nitrapyrin at the low (56 kg/ha) and medium (112 kg/ha) N rates increased fresh ear yield by 7.9% and 3.9%, respectively. Adding nitrapyrin to ammonium sulfate at the low and medium N rates increased fresh ear yield by 5.8% and 2.9%, respectively. No effect of increasing yield was observed at high N rate (224 kg/ha) in both types. Application of 1% nitrapyrin with urea and ammonium sulfate at the medium N rate caused significant increases in stover yield of 19% and 14%, respectively. 4. So far as kernal quality is concerned, raising the level of N application tended to increased the moisture content, α-amino nitrogen, soluble protein and crude protein in kernels, but decreased the contents of total sugar and sucrose. Application of nitrapyrin did not influence sugar content significantly. In field experiment, however, the addition of nitrapyrin to both urea and ammonium sulfate increased the contents of soluble protein significantly, and had the tendency of increasing α-amino nitrogen and crude protein except at the highest N rate of ammonium sulfate. |
