| 中文摘要 | 本計畫採用24種不同品種水稻為對象,以觀察其幼苗葉片硝酸還原酵素與其幼苗生長勢之相關性。試驗結果顯示,硝酸還原酵素活性,在種子浸潤後24小時,?十分顯著。至七天或十天左右,?達到最大值。品種間之硝酸還原酵素活性差異頗為顯著。而且與水稻幼苗生長勢呈正相關。故相信,水稻幼苗生長勢確與其硝酸還原酵素活性有關。因此,在水稻幼苗培育環境中,若是有硝酸根離子時,應可直接運用硝酸還原酵素活性來做為幼苗生長勢的指標。 |
| 英文摘要 | The genotypic difference in leaf nitrate reductase activity and its relationship with seedling vigor were examined in 24 rice (Oryza sativa L.) genotypes. The results indicated that the leaf nitrate reductase activity of rice seedling reached maximum at 7 to 10 days after seed imbibition. Considerable variation in leaf nitrate reductase activity, due to the genotypic difference in seed weight, was observed. Comparison of seedling vigor, using dry weight of 10-days-old seedling as a criterion with seed weight, or leaf nitrate reductase acitivity, resulted a significant positive correlation. However, we believe that the seedling vigor is directly associated with the leaf nitrate reductase activity in rice seedling, though seed weight is also related to the seeding vigor. It is concluded that the seedling leaf nitrate reductase activity can be used as a measure of seedling vigor in rice plant, if nitrate nitrogen is applied in the culture media. |
