中文摘要 | 以體外性核酸之酵母RNA,經注射及飼養二法處理後,發現其對蓖麻蠶體可直接或間接地促進血液蛋白之合成。 蓖麻蠶血液蛋白的總量,隨蠶的發育與日俱增,也與酵母R NA之處理濃度成正比。血液中白蛋白與球蛋白均隨著濃度之增高而增加,尤以球蛋白增加愈為明顯。又由於蛋白成分於吐絲前已轉化為絲,因而吐絲前一日,白蛋白反而減少。 對絲腺的影響而言,祇有在第五齡第1-3天有messenger-like RNA之存在,利於絲蛋白之產生,第4天後,因無messenger-like RNA存在,此時對絲蛋白的合成無促進作用。對絲蛋白中胺基酸而言,其含量略可改變,特別能促進大量alanine產生。 酵母RNA之處理,能促進幼蟲提前吐絲,尤其處理濃度愈高者,其吐絲愈旱,往往提前24-48小時之多。以酵母RNA處理方式而言,飼育組的效果優於注射組。 |
英文摘要 | The present study was performed to determine the effect of yeast RNA on the protein biosynthesis of the Eri - silkworm, Philosamia cvnthia ricini Donovan. The group(I)was injected with 0.2ml 0.005,0.01, 0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08 , 0.1, 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8, 1.0 per cent of yeast RN A respectively into the larval intersegrrental membrane between the first and the second segment. Group (2)was sprayed on the recinus leaves with the same concentrations of yeast RNA as injection. And was used Group(3) as the control. The results of these experiments are as in the following : 1. The blood protein of silkworm increases gradually in fifth instar larvae. The amount of blood protein is proportion to the concentration of yeast RNA. Therefore, it provides the direct evidence that the yeast RNA can parti-cipate in the synthesis of blood protein. 2. Albumin and Globulin are proportion to the concentration of yeast RNA too, especially the Globulin. The reducing of albumin before spinning be-cause its tumover into the silk. 3. The effect of feeding is better than the injection 4. The effect of yeast RNA to the production of silk protein can be im-proved in the third day of fifth instar larvae. After the fourth day, because the increasement of serum protein can increase the size of the larvae so that increases the production of silk indirectly. 5. The messenger - like RNA could only be found in the early stage (day 1 to day 3 of the fifth instar) , it is useful to the production of silk at this period. After day 4 , no messenger like RNA could be found, so the yeast RNA does not operate the production of silk protein in the silkgland. 6. About 70 percent of the silk fibroin produced was derized " directly "from the amino acids of the ricinus leaves , this occurred during the period from the fourth day of the fifth instar to maturity.And indirect formation characterized the neriod from the eighth day to just before termination of spinning after achievement of maturity. 7. A small amount of bulk RNA in the silk gland is sufficient to promote abundant silk protein synthesis. 8. After the treatment, yeast RNA can let the spinning early, especially the high cmcentration of yeast RNA, the more early spinning makes forward to 24 to 48 hours. 9. After the treatment of yeast RNA, it can change the content of the amino acid of silk protein, especially to increase the production of alanine. |
