中文摘要 | 本研究以水氣耕溫室洋香瓜探討夏季(五月至七月)利用不同水氣耕液溫度(20、25、30℃)處理對其葉片合成率、呼吸率、葉綠素總含量、生物量、植株生長、果實大小、甜度及根活性之影響,結果顯示,三總供試品系之溫室洋香瓜,均以高液溫(30℃)處理株之光合成率、植株生長、生物量及根部活性最高,低液溫(20℃)處理株最低,中液溫(25℃)處理株則介於兩者之間。呼吸率及葉綠素總含量亦有品種間差異,如呼吸率以中興一號在高液溫處理株最高,中液溫處理次之,Asuka及臺中一號則以中液溫處理株呼吸率最高,高液溫處理株次之,三品種均以低液溫處理株呼吸率最低。葉綠素總含量以Asuka高液溫處理株最高,中液溫處理株次之,臺中一號及中興一號則以中液溫處理最高,高液溫處理株次之,而所有供試品種均以低液溫處理株葉綠素總含量最低。又果實重量與液溫高低成正比,唯液溫對果實糖度之影響不明顯。由本研究獲知,液溫為夏季在自然光下栽植時,影響植株上述諸生理作用及生長與果實產量之一重要因子。 |
英文摘要 | Muskmelons were cultivated in the greenhouse from May to July with the technique of hyponica in three different water temperatures of medium, 30°C, 25°C, 20°C. The effect of the water temperature of medium on the leaf photosynthetic rate, the respiratory rate, the chlorophyll content, the biomass, the size and the sweetness of fruits, and the root activities of three muskmelon varieties, Asuka, Chung-Hsiang No. 1, and Taichung No. 1, was investigated. Results indicted that the characteristics of the leaf photosynthetic rate, the plant growing rate, the biomass, the root activity, and the weight of fruits was correlated with the water temperature of medium for all three varieties. For examples, plants growing at 30°C medium had the highest leaf photosynthetic rate and those at 20°C medium had lowest one. The effect of the water temperature of medium on the respiratory rate and the total chlorophyll contents was somehow varied among varieties. Plants of all varieties at 20°C medium were shown to have both the lowest respiratory rat and the lowest chlorophyll contents. The highest respiratory rate of variety Chung-Hsing No. 1 was observed in plants growing at 30°C medium. The highest respiratory rate was observed in plants growing at 25°C medium for varities Asuka and Taichung No. 1. For the total chlorophyll contents, Asuka growing at 30°C medium had the highest one; other two varieties, the highest chlorophyll contents were found in the plants growing at 25°C medium. The different temperatures of culture medium seems no obvious effect on the sweetness of fruits. Overall, this study implies that the water temperature of medium is the important factor that influence the above physiological phenomenons and growth and fruit productivity of the greenhouse-growing muskmelons under natural sun light during summer time. |
