中文摘要 | 花生葉燒病和花生椒點病是由同一種病原菌-花生葉燒病菌(Leptosphaerulina Crassiasca)所引起的病害。該種病原菌並不產生無性的分生孢子,僅靠有性生殖產生子囊孢子。根據民國82年在台灣雲林地區的花生田間調查,已被忽視的花生葉燒病害和花生椒點病害,仍普遍存在花生田間。本菌子囊孢子具有兩種型式,一種為「磚格狀子囊孢子」,另一種為「多隔的子囊孢子」。根據觀察顯示,侵害花生的接種原,大多數為多隔的子囊孢子。此種子囊孢子由子囊內射出前即具有黏液狀物質,靠此物質子囊孢子緊附花生葉片上。接種原在接觸寄主葉片2至4小時,即可直接穿入寄主上表皮的角質層與表皮細胞的細胞壁。病原菌在葉肉組織內生長,三天後,即在葉片上產生做點病徵,該菌在寄主表皮細胞只形成「細胞內菌絲」,卻在葉肉組織無論薄壁細胞或維管束鞘的細胞之間形成「細胞間菌絲」。侵害之後,繼續於葉肉上半部組織生長繁殖,形成瓶狀的假囊殼,完成病原菌的生活史。 |
英文摘要 | Leptosphaerulina crassiasca is the causal agent of leaf scorch and pepper spotof peanut. This fungus produces ascospores and none of any asexual spore has beenfound. According to the investigation during 1993,the disease of peanut pepperspot and leaf scorch does still present in the peanut field of Yun-Lin Hsien, TaiwanProvince. There are two kinds of ascospores: the muriform and the phragmosporousascospore. The phragmosporous ascospore is the major inoculum of this disease. Theascospore attaches to its host by means of mucilagenous material which is formedbefore ascospore discharged. The germ tube can penetrates host epidermis directlythrough the cuticle. The development of hyphae inside the host tissue produce symptom of pepper spot after three days' inoculation. Only intracellular hyphae invadethe epidermal cells, whereas only intercellular hyphae invade the mesophyll. Afterinvasions, this fungus reproduces inside the mesophyll of peanut and maturepseudothecia are then formed on the upper half part of mesophyll tissues. |
