中文摘要 | (1)森永(Morinaga),禹(U),及Frandsen所作細胞學的研究以闡明芸苔屬中 8, 9, 10, 17, 18及19染色體各種族相互間之親密關係曾詳加敘述。 (2)Frandsen證實可將其人工綜合成功之假性藍蕪芸苔(B. pseudonapus),假性芥蕪芸苔(B. pseudojuncea)及假性芥藍(B. pseudocarinata)各與自然種藍蕪,芥蕪及芥藍芸苔相交而產生大量之F1,F2及F3種子毫無困難。 (3)兩兼二元體種藍蕪,芥蕪及芥藍芸苔係各由不同組合之某二初原種相交進化而來之學說已由Frandsen予以確定的證實。 (4)作者根據種與品種之分佈提出兩個地理的變異中心?歐洲與中國是也。 (5)甘藍類自交雜交不親和性之遺傳學的由來曾扼要敘述。 (6)藍蕪類(B. napus, L.)與芥蕪類(B. juncea)品種一般屬於自交親和者。 (7)蕾期授粉方法曾詳加敘述。 |
英文摘要 | (1) Cytological proof given by Morinaga, U and Frandsen has elucidated the affinity among the 8-, 9-, 10-, 17-, 18- and 19- chromosome species of Brassica and is here described. (2) The artificially synthesized species of B. pseudonapus, B. pseudojuncea and B. pseudocarinata made by Frandsen have proved to be capable of crossing, respectively, with the natural species, B. napus. B. juncea and B. carinata to produce a large amount of seed of the F1 and F2 populations without difficulty. (3) The hyothesis that the amphidiploid species, B. napus. B. juncea and B. carinata have been evolved from a cross between certain two elementary species has been definitely condirmed to be true by Frandsen. (4) According to the species and variety distribution of Brassica, the two geographical centers of variation namely, Europe and China are proposed by the writer. (5) The genetic mechanism of self and cross incompotibility of B. oleracea var. capitata is briefly illustrated. (6) B. napus and B. juncea are generally self-compatible. (7) The procedure of bud-pollination is described in detail. |
