| 中文摘要 | 醫事人員的工作滿足(Job satisfaction),不僅可以提昇醫療服務品質,同時也可以確保人員的留任與工作士氣,因此醫務管理者需要了解如何增進專業人士的工作滿足以確保組織之運作。本研究採用結構式問卷調查方式,探討醫療領域裡醫檢師影響工作滿足的相關因素,包括醫檢專業知覺(Professionalism Perception)、工作情境(Job environment)、工作特性(Job characteristics)及個人屬性。醫檢師的專業知覺分為專業素養、自律服務信念、專業自主、專業承諾及專業認同等五大構面,而工作滿足則分為內在滿足、外在滿足與整體滿足。研究結果顯示工作滿足程度確實會受醫檢師的個人屬性、工作情境、工作特性及專業知覺程度所影響;醫檢師專業知覺程度與工作滿足呈正向的關係。依據這些研究結果,希望能提供醫檢實驗室主管瞭解組員的專業知覺及工作滿足程度,以作為醫檢實驗室在職教育訓練、各組別任務的分配及調整人力資源時的參考依據,協助醫檢實驗室管理者建構監測醫療服務品質和改進目標的框架。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective: Employees' job satisfaction not only enhances service quality but also helps to ensure retention rate and work spirit. Therefore, it is important for healthcare managers to understand how to improve employees' job satisfaction. We investigate the related factors regarding the job satisfaction of medical technologists by using cross-sectional survey design, including perception of professionalism, work environment, job characteristics, and individual characteristics. Perception of professionalism composes of five factors, namely Sense of Calling to the Field, Belief in Self-Regulation, Autonomy, Organization as a Major Referent, Service to the Public. Job satisfaction is separated into two components, i.e. intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction. These results provide information to healthcare administrators to make the decision about the education training and job assignment for the medical technologists, which in turn result in improving service quality. |
