中文摘要 | 旅館業是一種服務產業,員工流動率過高勢必影響服務品質,並使得人事訓練成本提高,造成重大損失。因此,如何激勵員工士氣,也就是提高員工工作滿足,實為旅館業經理人及觀光餐旅學術研究學者不得不注意的課題。本研究主要探討工作持性與工作滿足的關係,並建立一個適合旅館業的模式,以提供旅館業經理人在人力資源管理及工作設計上的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Hotel industry mainly provides service products. The definitely influence service quality and raise the personnel training cost, which create a heavy loss to the hotel industry. Thus, It is the one of the most important problem for hotel managers and tourism professionals to solve that how to motivate staff and increase their job satisfaction. This study is to discuss the relation between job characteristic and job satisfaction. The study intend to provide the information on human resource management and job design. |
