| 英文摘要 | Objectives: To create a friendly working environment, enterprises have committed to providing diverse benefits to increase the self-well-being and overall operational performance of employees. This study utilizes the perspective of social support to explore the correlation between participating recreational clubs within the organization and facets of employee satisfaction, and provide the results as a reference for public hospitals in developing employee welfare policies. Methods: This study analyzed secondary data from an employee job satisfaction survey conducted in a public hospital in 2022. A total of 1,185 responses were collected, and was combined and compared with a list of members participating in various recreational clubs within the hospital for further statistical analysis. Results: Statistical analysis showed significant correlations between employees' participation in clubs and their expectations of receiving organizational support in seven aspects, including "life and work." Moreover, there was a significant relationship between employees' participation in clubs and the perception of "improvement in the overall welfare system of the hospital". Conclusion: Employees participating in clubs are more likely to actively seek and utilize available resources to meet their needs. Furthermore, club participants perceive the welfare policies provided by the hospital, and acknowledge the continuous execution of these policies. |
