中文摘要 | 本研究以屏東地區出院回家之脊髓損傷患者為樣本, 探討其社會支持現況與相關 因素。採結構式問卷面對面訪談,共計隨機抽樣 81 名有效樣本,內容包含個人基本特質、 疾病特性、社會支持等,重要研究結果如下: 一、青壯年男性為主、國中以下居多、受傷後有高的離婚率但有低的結婚率、大多數沒有任 何交通工具、半數沒有收入、有收入者以救濟為主要來源。 二、損傷原因以車禍最多,其次為高處跌落、近半數在工作中受傷、雙下肢痲痹多於四肢痲 痹,日常生活大多須依賴他人協助。 三、多數未能得到足夠的社會支持,以工作方面的支持度最差,失業率達70%。 四、高教育程度、有交通工具、收入來自工作所得、月收入較高、雙下肢痲痹、日常生活獨 立者,社會支持較好。 本研究之結果希望能提供相關人員與社會大眾重視肢障者之社會支持,作為社政單位制定政 策的參考及醫院患者出院計劃的準備。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this descriptive correlational study was to describe the social support of spinal cord injury clients and its correlates who lived at home in Pingtung areas. Variables including demographic data、 characterics of illness and social support were studied. Totally, there were 81 samples. The important results were summarized as followed: 1. The number of male clients were more than female、clients were younger, lower educational levels、 had lower married status、 had a lower income level and had less social support than others; but had a higher divorce rate than others. 2. Traffic accidents was the primary cause and failling were the second causes leading spinal cord injury. Nearly half clients were injuried while working. Paraplegia was more common than quadriplegia. Activites of daily living were partial or total dependence. 3. Most clients could not receive adequate social support. 4. Variables of demographic data and characterics of illness that related to social support were high educational level、 ownership of motor vehicle、 well paying job、higher income level、paraplegia、more independent. |
