| 中文摘要 | 緒論:本研究旨在探討如何透過輔具與數位學習導入網球課程,以提升大專院校網球初學者的底線著地抽球技術與學習動機。由於網球入門技術難度高,學生常因場地限制與修課人數多、增加練習等待時間而降低學習興趣,故本研究嘗試結合教學輔具與數位平台,改善教學成效並促進學生學習動機。方法:研究對象為大學修習網球興趣班之53位學生。課程採傳統教學結合輔具與數位學習方式,進行前測、後測比較分析技術表現與學習動機變化。結果:學生底線著地抽球平均拍數由前測1.60拍,顯著提升至後測6.40拍,顯示技術能力有明顯進步。學習動機四構面(專注力、關聯性、自信心、滿足感)皆達顯著水準(p<.05),尤其在專注力與關聯性方面提升最為明顯,顯示輔具與數位學習能有效促進學生學習態度與動機。結論:本研究證實輔具與數位學習導入網球課程能有效提升初學者的技術能力與學習動機。此教學模式具整合性與創新性,適合應用於其他球類運動教學。 |
| 英文摘要 | Introduction: This study aims to explore how introducing auxiliary equipment and digital learning into tennis courses can enhance the baseline groundstroke skills and learning motivation of college tennis beginners. Due to the high difficulty of entry-level tennis techniques, students often lose interest in learning, which is exacerbated by venue limitations, large class sizes, and increased waiting times for practice; therefore, this study aims to combine teaching aids with digital platforms to improve teaching effectiveness and promote student learning motivation. Methods: The research subjects were 53 students enrolled in a tennis interest class at a university in northern Taiwan. The course adopted traditional teaching combined with auxiliary equipment and digital learning. Pre-tests and post-tests were conducted to compare and analyze changes in technical performance and learning motivation. Results: The students' average number of baseline groundstroke rally shots significantly increased from 1.60 in the pre-test to 6.40 in the post-test, indicating clear progress in technical ability. All four dimensions of learning motivation (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction) reached significant levels (p < .05), with the most notable improvements in Attention and Relevance, indicating that auxiliary equipment and digital learning can effectively promote students' learning attitudes and motivation. Conclusion: This study confirms that introducing auxiliary equipment and digital learning into tennis courses can effectively enhance the technical capabilities and learning motivation of beginners. This teaching model is both integrative and innovative, making it suitable for application in the teaching of other ball sports. |
